Spotit Terms of Use

Important: Spotit supports wound-care workflow and documentation. It does not replace professional clinical judgement, local escalation procedures, safeguarding duties, prescribing rules, or regulated clinical review.

Permitted use

Spotit may be used for demonstration, evaluation, service planning, and approved wound-care workflow support.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for entering accurate patient identifiers, consent status, wound photographs, measurements, assessment findings, care plans, report recipients, and sharing decisions.

Clinical safety

Users must follow local clinical escalation, infection control, documentation, consent, and information governance policies. Any concerning wound deterioration or urgent clinical concern must be escalated using local procedures.

Real patient use

Real patient use requires secure deployment, governance approval, DPIA, clinical safety case, user training, support arrangements, and data processing agreements.
